Inward ministry is Jesus Disciple-Making process.  
The inward ministry focuses on loving God in our church community of youth through various forms of worship and teaching in which students are nurtured spiritually to grow in the identity of being children of God at the core so that they may go forward in following Christ as His disciples. 
The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as you love yourself.   Mark 12:31

Outward ministry is God Servant-Making process.
The outward ministry focuses on loving our neighbors in practice from what we learn from following Christ.  There are various opportunities of community services evangelism, and Missions through which the students grow to become servants of the mighty God.
